• • Meet with Mentors 1v1 1x Week (Local coaches / Leaders in the community)

• • Meet with small discipleship group of coaches 2x per month 

Emotional

• • 16 weeks of professional counseling (Biblical / Therapy) 2 x Month 

• • Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQ) 

• • TruMotivation Assessment by TruCenter

Professional

• Professional Certifications / Licenses 

• • USSF Coaching License Pathway Intro – D License = $ 600 per coach 

• • Internship with Local Soccer Clubs

• • 2x Soccer Camps Coaching Opportunities 

• • Workshops

Future steps on coaching licenses + Spiritual Mentorship + Needs based continuous counseling.
