About Us

Vision

Witness a generation of men becoming mature disciple-makers in their communities.

Mission

Actively equip young men with spiritual, emotional, and professional tools to become disciple-makers for Christ.

Why

We have witnessed again and again a consistent need that is not being addressed in our society. There is a generation of young men who love Christ and desire to become Kingdom leaders, but are lost in how to take action. They need training, counseling, and guidance on how to become leaders for Christ. In a world ruled by social media and digital dominance, we need face-to-face fellowship and real-life applications of scripture.

These young men have a desire to grow in the Lord, but face struggles and hurdles that make it feel impossible. Several of them have endured intense trauma as refugees, and immigrants, as well as financial anxiety while supporting their siblings and extended families. In addition, it is challenging to find a church that addresses their cultural needs and professional goals. We want to cultivate these young men into leaders who want to make disciples and take initiative and action for Christ.

After witnessing firsthand the overwhelming need to provide support and guidance for these young men, we decided to create Ethnos Leaders. Ethnos, is a Greek word commonly translated as “people groups, nations.”

At Ethnos Leaders, our mission is to provide professional, emotional, and spiritual support to young men who have professed their faith in Christ but face heavy obstacles that block their path. The services we will provide include three areas of maturity: Professional, Spiritual, and Emotional.

Gui Fadlalla

Gui first heard about Jesus when he was around 17 years old from a soccer friend in High School. At that time, he had only one friend who was a Christian. Sadly, that friend passed away soon after Gui gave his life to Christ.

Gui struggled immensely to grow spiritually in his early years as a believer. He felt alone in his walk to follow Christ and did not have Christian mentors or leaders around him. Since then, he has developed a passion for creating opportunities for young men to learn more about Christ outside of a church building.

Gui is passionate about using sports as a tool for younger men to get to know Jesus and become effective disciple-makers in their context.

Gui is married to his wife Elissa and they have four kids.
